How to Reset Citrix Workspace Application

Step 1: Close Citrix Workspace Application

Step 3: Navigate to the citrix workspace icon right click on that and go to Advanced Preferences.
Step 4: Click on Reset Citrix Workspace
Step 5: Confirm Reset
Step 6: Log in to Citrix Workspace Again
